The Process

Driving Lesson Process

When you enquire about getting lessons we will get the required info we need before booking you in. Once you are booked in we will get you going on the basic controls in a car, familiarising you with the car.

From here we will move onto moving the car (based on your experience). We focus on clutch control, smooth acceleration and braking. As you gain confidence and skill our driving instructors will introduce and focus on more complex maneuvers that are essential to road driving.

Everything we do will be tailored to your level, whether you have never sat in a drivers seat before or if you have some basic knowledge. At Athlone School of Motooring our focus is on the student.
